REIKI Energy Healing
Reiki is a system of natural healing. It is a non-invasive therapy that originated in Japan. Reiki is a form of hands on or off energy work. It creates balance and harmony on physical, mental and your energy level. You feel relaxed and renewed. You will lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy couch whilst I place my hand above or on the major energy centres along the body called chakras. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health. £40 - 60 minutes
Crystal Healing
Balance Your Chakras
Crystals are creation of nature and have been used around the world for thousands of years. Crystal therapy is based on the premise that crystals can balance and interact with energies flowing around the body called electromagnetic field or aura.Every crystals has its own unique electromagnetic charge and vibration. Crystals emit positive, energizing or calming vibrations. I place certain crystal or semi precious stones on specific points along your body or on the site and I combined with Reiki. When I am using crystals for healing their vibrations actually blends with your energy. Crystals have a stable and unchanging energy pattern, each with unique frequency as a result, they act like tuning forks helping bring harmony to the very unstable energy field of the human body. Crystals are gifts of nature and although they can assist us in living in our modern world to bring balance. £50 - 60 minutes

This treatment may help you with grief, lost and trauma, It helps you to listen from the heart,connect with your Heart Ki and your inner child. I'm using healing crystals combined with reiki, sounds, chimes, singing bowls and images .£45 - 50 minutes

This treatment can activate your natural self-healing.It can help your body to cope with physical discomfort as back pain, injuries, headache, arthritis. I will focus on specific areas of the body where are blockages. I use crystals along your body combined with reiki to stimulate the energy flow. Womb Healing
Balance Your Chi
This healing treatment supports female and reproductive health concerns, including fertility, pregnancy and menopause. I use crystals to harmonize and release blockages. It may increase your confidence and purpose. It starts with 30 minutes and can be extend to as long as you need. £ 35
Animal Reiki
Complementary therapy
Animal Reiki is the offering of Reiki to animals. It's non-invasive alternative therapy. It can reduce the stress of the animal, speed recovery and balance emotional issues. It may help post-treatment or post-op, often requested to help animals with behavioral issues. It complements and supports conventional veterinary care. I use my hands to direct a gentle flow of energy your animal's body to release tension or pain and promote the natural healing process. The animal is in control at all the times. Reiki cannot be forced upon an animal and no pressure is applied.It can be given anywhere, there is no need to move or distract the animal. A session typically carried out a place where the animal is most relaxed and comfortable. It could be at your home or open places e.g. stable or field. The length of a session may vary but are usually half to one hour. I travel about 10 miles radius of Horsham.Contact me to find out more.£40

Space Clearing is the process of cleaning negative or stagnant energy in your home or office, left behind by people, technology or past events and allows positive ( chi) energy to enter. If you have ever had the experience of walking into a room after has just been an argument that you can literally feel a strange, uncomfortable or heavy feelings hanging in the air. Energetically everything that ever happen in the building goes out in ripples like the effect of a stone being dropped in a pond. In our spaces' energy becomes built up over time, that many different people who enter the space, bring their different energies and those energies can linger in the space long after the person left.For your life to work well it's vital to have a good flow of clear, vibrant energy.I use various techniques to clear negative energies such as burning herbs, using sounds, bells and singing bowls, Feng Shui principles, Bagua map and may I place crystals to keep your space's energy balanced. All About Me
My Journey
My journey into Reiki and Crystal healing began at a very difficult time in my life. I was diagnosed with grade three breast cancer. It was an awful moment but it was a total mindset shift for me and made me realise that how many years I was feeling trapped and stressed in my job which I didn't like how lonely and unhappy I was for a long time. It was a truly life changing experience which lead me to learn and practice Reiki in order to heal myself and provide a space for other to do the same. The idea that we are all connected energetically and with the innate ability to heal ourselves on a physical, mental and emotional level resonates very strongly with me. I provide a relaxed home setting a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Reiki Therapist.
